Mark Reiner and his family were led to Mt. Shasta where they spent 20 years residing in the forest and streams high above the town. Their nearest neighbor was about six miles away. They experienced a constant series of adventures and experiences leading the author to an understanding that: A) higher realms do exist, B) extraordinary beings and benevolent aliens are trying to assist humanity in their spiritual evolution, and C) from the higher perspectives this human world is an illusion. Some of these experiences are described in his previous book, “Visions.” He also learned, sometimes through painful experience, a necessary self discipline, purity, and persistence were necessary.
Service to humanity is one of the requisites, but despite having a BA and MA from the University of California, as well as a lifetime teaching credential, he learned education is not about knowledge, despite what the educational system mandated. Trying to express in material terms his experiences, he started building beautiful wood and stained glass altars for homes and chapel. He also started writing books to uplift. “Chapter X, The Report” is the first book in this trilogy, and “An Infinite Proglogue” is the second. All of his books are available on Amazon.
A series of events (there are no coincidences) led he and his family to northern Idaho where he and his wife founded and direct ‘The Pend Oreille Chorale and Orchestra’ a volunteer musical group which has been giving two free of charge classical concerts a year for well over 30 years. He has also written many musical compositions of a spiritual nature for the chorale and orchestra.
All of this time a connection was being forged to what most people call their ‘higher self.’ Because he has learned human life as a series of choices and recognized choices rely upon a bedrock of values, through his books he is encouraging readers to examine their own inner life, its desires, presumptions, and biases. As Lord Buddha said, “No one can save you and no one may. The Buddhas of this world can only point the way.” You must make your own choices. It is you who must realize this world as an opportunity to express the Joy and Love which you are in Truth.
